Through Hole PCB Assembly at CT Production

CT Production offers you a high quality service for conventional through hole printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. Whether your product is simple or complex, prototype fast track or volume assembly, we have the skills and processes to ensure an excellent result to IPC A 610 standards.

Through hole PCB assemblies are populated by hand and supported by semi automatic lead forming and other supporting equipment. 

Through-hole components are soldered to PCBs either by hand or using an intrinsic reflow process or via one of our two Blundell CMS400 wave solder machines, one of which is dedicated to lead-based solder, the other to lead-free solder for RoHS compliant products.

Our trained production operators and technicians have various tools at their disposal for cropping and forming components and performing a variety of other assembly tasks.

Conformal coating and encapsulation services are also available for your PCB assembly if required for safety, security or humidity sensitive environments.
