Our Story
Where We Came From
Founded in 1982 by Chris Conduit and Trevor Topless, CT Production began as a specialist PCB layout and assembly services company. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, building a reputation for quality, reliability, and technical expertise.
In 1998, Alan Trevarton acquired the company and continued to drive its growth, investing in both technology and quality standards to strengthen CT Production’s core capabilities and expand its customer base.
Following many successful years working alongside Alan, Mario Morilla led a management buyout in 2015, continuing the company’s strong upward trajectory. Over time, our reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality solutions has enabled us to expand into a wide range of market sectors. This diversity has provided stability, resilience, and consistent growth, regardless of changes within individual industries.
Where We Are
In late 2023, CT Production completed a major milestone in its development with the relocation of both its office and production facilities into a single, larger, purpose-fit site. Today, we operate from a 21,602 sq ft facility in Poole, located on Broom Road near Tower Park.
This move has created a stronger, more efficient operational environment, enabling closer collaboration across our teams, increased capacity, and a solid foundation for future expansion.
In 2024, Clare Trevarton and Chris Morilla completed a further management buyout, taking the business into its next phase of growth and development.
Our flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement have enabled a natural progression from ISO 9001 to AS9100 accreditation, reinforcing our ability to support customers in highly demanding and quality-critical sectors.
With a broad range of accreditations, services, and a strong focus on customer care, CT Production continues to be the trusted partner of choice for customers who return to us time and again. Backed by outstanding quality standards, advanced manufacturing capability, and a highly committed team, we are proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s leading sub-contract electronics manufacturers in our class.
