CTP can provide any mix of services to suit you and your product, from simple assembly with your materials through to full turnkey manufacture.

If you want to focus on your core strengths and rely on a competent company to carry out turnkey manufacturing from your order for a completed product, CTP offers the required resources and systems. More and more of our customers are moving towards this option.

Procurement of materials takes time to implement and control effectively. With CTP you can choose to supply free issue kits, or arrange for CTP's Materials Management team to procure competitively for you using a modern computer networked MRP control system.

Every part type can be sourced on your behalf via our approved suppliers or your own preferred suppliers. All items from the bare PCB itself through PCB components to metalwork and mechanical items.

Materials Procurement and Kitting Services

at CT Production

CTP offers services to suit your company and your product, from sub contract assembly, through to complex full turnkey manufacturing. Competitive procurement is offered but you can provide free issue kits if you prefer.

Buying materials with the right price and delivery requires time, contacts and market knowledge. Our Materials team has extensive experience to procure all types of materials, supported by a MRP IT system to control your order from receipt to delivery.

Free Issued / Consigned materials should be supplied shortage free, with delivery and kittting paperwork, in the correct format for the agreed production processes quoted. PCBs in particular need to be discussed to ensure the correct format for processing.

Procured materials are sourced from approved suppliers, including PCB blanks, electronic components, electro-mechanical parts, plastic and metalwork. Franchised distribution is used, unless customer lead time and obsolescence issues dictate otherwise.
