CTP now has facilities to enable up to four people at a time to be trained in the skills needed for a career in electronics manufacturing.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, dexterity and ability to concentrate are the main attributes required.
Training is based around component recognition, assembly and soldering to comply with the IPC A 610 standard, both on and off the job for a period of around three months. |
