During November we made further investment in our production facilities.
The new models replaced existing equipment to further enhance our capability and flexibility:
- Two BTU VIP98a reflow ovens. The 'Rolls Royce' of ovens, providing reliability and repeatability with minimal temperature variation for excellent lead free soldering results.
- Two Blundell CMS 400 wave solder machines (one leaded, one unleaded). These industry standard machines provide effective and reliable mass soldering of through hole PCBs.
- A DCB Automation Supervision AOI system. This offers camera based high definition Automatic Optical inspection of components and solder joints.
