To ensure quality results, CT Production regularly invests in the best equipment available for manufacture of electronics products.

Quality, cost, reliability and flexibility are criteria applied, in order to meet the same criteria applied by our customers.

Premises & Facilities:

Factory of 12,000 sq ft (5,500 sq ft for final assembly & test)

Facilities include anti-static precautions, MatchIT order & stock control, GC Place CAD interface, local delivery vehicles, ISO9001 approval, IPC membership.

Staffing:

40 staff, IPC certification, Investors in People approval.

Key equipment:

SMT PCB: 4 x Europlacer surface mount lines, (Xpress25T, Vitesse, Finesse, Access4), Sprint auto printers with 2d inspection, BTU VIP98 reflow ovens, loaders, unloaders, etc. 

TH PCB: Blundell CMS400 Pb + CMS400 LF wave solder machines, cropmatic, component formers, PCB croppers, Aqueous cleaning etc.

Conformal Coating: PVA 654 fully automatic 4 axis coating machine plus microwave UV curing facilities.

Inspection: X-Tek Hawk 160kV X ray, DCB Automatic optical inspection (AOI), Ersascope BGA scope, Vision Engineering scopes.

Rework Equipment: Ersa IR550A BGA rework system, JBC rework systems, Weller WQBP 2000 rework system etc.

General Assembly: Robnor resin encapsulation / potting machine, riveters, assorted hand tools, 5500 sq ft assembly area.

Wiring: Automatic wire cutting and stripping machines, various crimp tools etc.

Test: Bench test equipment, scopes etc, Earthing and Insulation Safety test equipment, various PC based test equipment.
