Premises & Facilities: Factory of 12,500 sq ft with full anti-static precautions including dissipative flooring with heel grounding and superb access with security systems.

Systems: MatchIT MRP order & stock control with bar coding, GC Powerplace CAD interface, local delivery vehicles, ISO9001:2008 approval, IPC membership.

Staffing: 40 multi-skilled staff, training to IPC A 610 class 3, Investors in People approval.

SMT PCB: 4 x Europlacer surface mount lines giving 84,000 cph across 800 lanes (iineo II, Xpress25T, Vitesse, Finesse), Sprint auto printers with 2d inspection, BTU VIP98 reflow ovens, loaders, unloaders, etc.

TH PCB: ACE KISS 300 Selective soldering machine, Blundell CMS400 Pb + CMS400 LF wave solder machines, cropmatic, component formers, PCB croppers, aqueous cleaning etc.

Conformal Coating: PVA 654 fully automatic 4 axis selective spray coating machine plus UVIO UV instant curing oven.

Resin Encapsulation: Encapsulation (potting) via automatic dispense with metered mixing.

Liquid Dispensing: Fisnar F4200N liquid dispensing robot for adhesives.

Inspection: Mirtec M3VL 5-camera 10 Mega-pixel Automatic optical inspection (AOI), DCB Supervision AOI, X-Tek Hawk 160kV X ray, Ersascope BGA joint inspection, Vision Engineering Eclipse viewing scopes.

Rework Equipment: Ersa IR550A BGA rework system, JBC rework systems, Weller WQBP 2000 rework system etc.

General Assembly: Wide range of tools, dedicated final assembly and warehouse area.

Wiring: Skilled panel wiring and cable forming technicians, automatic wire cutting and stripping machines, various crimp tools, pull tester etc.

Test: Qualified Technicians, test instruments, scopes etc, earthing and insulation safety test equipment, PC based test equipment.
