Our customers rate our services at each year end and the results are published here, you can click on the graphs to enlarge them.

The feedback for 2008 again shows an improvement overall for quality, delivery and capability, whilst customer care remains high.

No-one likes to tell a supplier his prices are low so we expect to dip for competitiveness. We are not always the lowest quoted price but we are considered to offer good value for money.

In 2009 we are embarking upon a programme of cost improvements: PAC (performance and competitiveness) for managers; and BIT (business improvement techniques), to ensure that we are offering the most cost effective service solutions.
