We have been placing BGAs since 2001 with excellent results and the new machine will allow confirmation of process quality with speed and flexibility compared to using external services.
The service will form part of our manufacturing cycle but will be offered as a separate service to other manufacturers, complemented by our new Ersa inspection and rework systems.
