CTP is now approved to the new stringent IIP standard and we were advised that we passed the assessment 'comfortably' with the following observations:
The feedback from the staff was very positive and the company's revised employee appraisal system and training programme were both seen as strong points.
We have a good team who like where they work and feel part of the company.
