CT Production has purchased a programmable robot for use on a medium volume lighting assembly. The Fisnar F4200N is a liquid dispenser that enables adhesives and other liquid materials to be applied automatically for repeat operations. It can also be used to apply liquid sealant or gaskets of any shape, for coating, or for potting and filling. It’s job at CT is to evenly apply a heat transfer adhesive to bond aluminium PCB substrates to heatsinks, as well as applying sealant to end caps of the final assembly. |
